Holiday Courses

These introductory courses are ideal for beginners or for those who have done some indoor climbing. We introduce techniques for moving on Sandstone Rock, knots and some rope work, as well as the safety aspects. Improvers will test their grade according to their own ability and move onto more advanced climbs.
Dates for 2014 courses (10am - 4pm) are:-
- Easter Holidays - Tuesday, April 8th
- May Half Term - Tuesday, May 27th
- Summer Holidays
- Monday, July 28th
- Monday, August 11th
- Monday, August 18th
How much is it? These full day courses are just £49 and include all equipment.
Booking:- To maintain our level of highest quality instruction we restrict numbers for all our courses, so please book early to guarantee your place.
Minimum Age is 8 on these courses, but we do take children younger than this in private groups. Please contact Sarah if you are interested in courses for younger children.
Weekly Lessons - Explorers Club

Explorers Kid's Club Trial Session Just £12.50!* all equipment included subject to availability - first session is half price at £12.50, then *£20 per week for 4 sessions booked or £25 ad hoc |
At our Explorers Club we introduce a variety of climbs, techniques and ropework. Each session is filled with action packed fun and develops self esteem as well as confidence.
When? Every Sunday morning (9.30am-12.30pm)
How much is it? The first session is HALF PRICE at just £12.50. These three hour sessions are just £25 and include all equipment. Book four sessions ahead and pay just £20 per week (3 hour sessions).

Birthday Parties

Choose between a two hour action packed, fun-filled bouldering exploration, or three hours to enjoy all of that plus an opportunity to try some roped climbing.
These sessions offer non stop exhileration as we clamber over and through the boulders and small caves.

Scouts, Guides, Clubs and Groups

A perfect activity for all children, especially those with an adventurous outlook. Book a half day or a day course for an action packed exploration of these unusual sandstone edges. We normally warm up with some bouldering and scrambling over the rocks and through the small caves. After a few tips about moving on rock and climbing techniques, we will put some ropes up, learn some knots and enjoy the bigger climbs !
